Victoria Danilchouk is the Founder of Pretium Strategy and a senior launch expert with an extensive track record in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and digital health sectors. With a robust commercial background that includes brand development, new product launches, market shaping, and lifecycle management, Victoria has earned the trust and respect of her clients through her strategic foresight, meticulous attention to detail, and comprehensive operational experience.


Since establishing Pretium Strategy in 2020, Victoria has led projects spanning multiple therapeutic categories—endocrine/metabolic, cardiovascular, renal/urological, musculoskeletal, dermatological, and autoimmune/inflammatory, which included both rare diseases and digital health solutions. Her work profoundly supports small to mid-sized organizations in optimizing their launch processes and boosting their market presence across the US, Europe, and beyond. Clients especially appreciate her smooth transition from strategy development to operational execution, valuing her practical approach to complex problems throughout the entire product launch journey.


Prior to founding Pretium Strategy, Victoria gained significant operational experience at notable companies such as UCB, Abbott, Guidant, Baxter, AT Kearney, and McKinsey & Inc. There, she mastered the intricacies of market access, commercial strategy, and product launches in both global and regional contexts.


Victoria holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics & Political Science from Stanford University.
