Throughout my career, I led departments, teams and projects at UCB Pharma, Abbott, Guidant, Baxter, McKinsey & Inc, and A.T. Kearney. I shaped and steered drug and device launches, across many therapeutic areas, either in commercial or market access & pricing roles, globally and within EMEA / MEA. Every step of the way, I searched for pragmatic innovation, sustainable results, and a win-win for the patients, the healthcare system and the industry alike.
In 2020, after working in corporate companies for two decades, I formed Pretium Strategy, a boutique consulting company specializing in new product planning and go-to-market strategies tailored to the US, Europe and rest of world. I now partner with executive or operational teams of small to mid-size organizations to provide strategic and executional power, either on a consulting or interim basis. I support pharma, biotech, medical device, and digital health companies.
